What is your return policy?We want you to be delighted with your new soy candles. If you are not, we will do what we can to make it right. We are a small family company and having happy customers really makes us tick, which is why we aim to offer the best possible customer service around. If you have questions or concerns, you can reach out to us by email. Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order. We will gladly address any problems relating to manufacture of candle or breakages in transit, providing you are able to provide photographic evidence of shipping damages within 7 days of delivery.
